Part A is the first of four parts of the Australian School of Reiki's illustrated Reiki One workbook, as taught by Joann Willoughby. It opens with the full Reiki One contents, then moves through three foundation chapters: Our Reiki story, Understanding Reiki, and Attunement and levels. Its 23 richly illustrated pages are pages 1–23 of the complete 77-page manual. It is an A4 printable PDF, so you can read it on screen or print it at home. It is written for Reiki One students and anyone beginning their Reiki journey, and it is designed to be read in order, from Part A through to Part D.
